Honey Mustard Chicken

Here’s another recipe that is super fast and super easy. It’s also a hit with the kiddos. The boys made it on their cooking night.

Again, I start with a bag of 2-4 c. cooked and cubed chicken. This is my go-to method for processing chicken and getting meals together quickly.

Here’s my bag of processed chicken from the freezer.

Now I add in the ingredients: chicken gravy, honey and mustard. It’s that simple.Honey Mustard Chicken

Yep, it’s that easy. This one is great for the kids because the flavors are mild and the ingredients are understandable and easy for them to handle. The color, smell and texture are appetizing to little palates.

Once it’s all mixed, I store it in a ziploc bag in the fridge. It makes for a speedy supper. Just heat the chicken in a skillet and serve over rice or noodles.
