Sandwich Prep

If you’re like me, there’s nothing that stresses me out faster than mornings that fall victim to a lack of planning. Talk about starting off on the wrong foot! Sandwich Prep has become a huge lifesaver at my house and it’s a great task for babysitters and older kids.

Sandwich Prep

Sandwich prep is a task that often gets overlooked until you’re scrambling to get the kids ready for school.  Crazy mornings are not the time to do much of anything.  One of my standard tasks for babysitters is making sandwiches.  Usually the kids help, but on this night they were getting ready for basketball. Here’s Kendall making the 20 sandwiches we needed to get through this particular week.sandwich prep task

Once the sandwiches are made, I store the sandwiches in Ziplocs labeled with the type of sandwich and the date.  Then the sandwiches get filed in a bin in the fridge.  Here’s smoother school mornings!
